Guerilla #17

Eee! The article in Guerilla Magazine is out, and I'm on the cover of the printed mag! Here's a link to the online magazine article about my work, written my Tony Martins. Also, below are some pics from the launch event which was on Friday the 12th at the Enriched Bread Artists Studios. I wasn't able to attend (because this really exciting thing that is in the works, but has to remain a secret right now, was rescheduled to take place on the 12th) but I had nine paintings displayed at the Guerilla launch, and it looks like it was a super fun night!

My painting, "Graciela" and copies of Guerilla #17 at the launch.

Thanks for that article on Kristy Gordon. She's a very good artist. I'm not sure what's going on, but apparently "good things are happening" in her life. I'm hoping to find out more... : P

Kristy,
Congratulations on the magaizne cover and the interview. Wonderful. The painting in the upper left is new? I hadn't seen that one yet. Very nice.

BTW, I nominated you for the Brillante Weblog Award. See today's post on my blog for details (http://habets-studio.blogspot.com/2008/09/brillante-weblog-award.html) No obligation to participate, I just wanted to make sure eveyone saw what a great job you do with your blog.
