Workshops in British-Columbia

I'm teaching a few painting workshops in BC this winter, in Lake Country, Nelson and Penticton.  Here are some photos from the first workshops.  Everyone did such a great job! I'm excited to start the next one on December 26th in my hometown, Nelson!

Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant!!!

I am so incredibly excited and grateful to have received another ELIZABETH GREENSHIELDS FOUNDATION GRANT!!!! I admire this foundation so much for their ongoing international support of representational figurative artists and it means so much to me to have their support. I have received funding to remain in New York for another year, as I develop a body of paintings for an upcoming show here (which I will give you more details about in the future).  I am so excited. Best Day Everrr!!

Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine

My painting, "Self-Portrait with Batman," is printed in the December issue of Fine Art Connoisseur.  A huge thank you to Peter Trippi, the editor of the magazine, who wrote the article "Artists marking Their Mark" in which my work is featured. I feel so honored to be in such amazing company. Dacia Times Square Art Show

The Kingston Prize

This past weekend I was in Calgary for The Kingston Prize Exhibition and Awards Ceremony.  It was held at The Art Gallery of Calgary on Nov 1st, and it was great to see all the other paintings included in the show!  Here are some photos from the evening!
